Refund policy

Every Risk and Roll Art shirt starts as an original illustration, created by professional illustrators and printed one at a time only after you order. Because each piece is made just for you, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, sizing issues, or color preferences.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or gets lost in transit, we’ll make it right.
1. General refunds
All Risk and Roll Art products are made to order or produced through print-on-demand. Refunds or replacements may be issued only for:
- Defective or damaged products.
- Manufacturing errors, such as misaligned prints, missing prints, incorrect colors, or items that do not match the approved design.
- Incorrect items sent (wrong product, wrong size as a result of a fulfillment error, or wrong design).
- Confirmed lost shipments.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Change-of-mind purchases.
- Wrong size or color selected by the customer.
- Design preference changes after the order has been placed.
- Orders with incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
- Minor variations in print placement, color, or sizing that fall within normal print-on-demand production tolerances.
2. Reporting an issue
If something isn't right with your order, please write to us at dan@riskandrollart.com within 30 days of receiving it. We'll take care of it quickly and we don't ask you to ship the item back.
To help us resolve things on the first try, please include:
- Your order number.
- A brief description of the issue.
- Clear photos of the product, the print or defect, the packaging, and the shipping label.
Once we have what we need, we'll review your request and get back to you within 2 business days.
3. Refund processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds generally take 5–10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the refund is due to an error on our part, such as an incorrect or defective item.
4. Reprints, exchanges, and replacements
Reprints or replacements are considered on a case-by-case basis and are limited to:
- Defective items.
- Damaged items.
- Manufacturing errors.
- Incorrect items sent.
Size swaps, color changes, and design changes are not available once the order has entered production. Risk and Roll Art is not responsible if a customer selects the wrong size, color, or design at checkout.
5. Shipping issues and lost packages
Risk and Roll Art is not responsible for packages that are delayed or lost because of incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. Please review your shipping details carefully before completing your order.
For confirmed lost shipments, we will work with you, the carrier, and our fulfillment partner (Printify) to determine the appropriate resolution.
If a package is returned to sender because the customer was unavailable, the address was incorrect or incomplete, or delivery otherwise failed for reasons outside our control, the customer may choose between (a) a reprint and reshipment at their cost, or (b) a partial refund excluding original shipping and production charges.
6. Damaged items during shipping
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged product, packaging, and shipping label. If approved, we will replace the item at no additional cost, subject to availability.
7. Order cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet entered production with our fulfillment partner. Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.
8. Time frames
- Damaged, defective, manufacturing error, or incorrect item: contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will respond within 2 business days.
- Order cancellation: contact us within 12 hours of purchase. Cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet entered production.
- Lost shipment: contact us as soon as the issue is known. Resolution time depends on the carrier and our fulfillment partner.
