Risk and Roll Art was built on the idea that finance doesn’t have to look corporate. Our collection brings together original illustration, market culture, and rock-and-roll attitude, with every design created by professional illustrators we partner with, exclusive to our brand, and printed one at a time.
These Terms of Service explain the ground rules for using our website, browsing our work, and placing an order. We’ve kept them as clear as possible while still covering the essentials, because we’d rather you know what you’re agreeing to than get lost in a wall of fine print.
By visiting our website or purchasing from our store, you agree to these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.
1. Overview
This website is operated by Risk and Roll Art. Throughout the site, the terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to Risk and Roll Art. Our products are produced and fulfilled by Printify, Inc. and its global network of print providers. Risk and Roll Art is the Merchant of Record for all customer-facing transactions.
By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms, including any additional policies referenced on this site, such as our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.

4. Products and services
Every design in our shop is an original work by professional illustrators we partner with, exclusive to Risk and Roll Art under partnership agreements. Each piece is then produced to order by our production partners (Printify and its global print provider network), so availability, production times, and shipping options can vary by product and destination.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities of any product or discontinue any product at any time.
We do our best to show colors, prints, and details accurately, but screens vary and we can't guarantee your display will represent the finished piece perfectly. Because each item is printed individually, small variations in print placement, color, and sizing are part of the craft of print-on-demand — they're a sign your piece was made by hand, not pulled off a shelf, and aren't considered defects.
5. Orders and billing information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, billing, shipping, and account information. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers, distributors, or unauthorized parties.
If we need to confirm or update information related to your order, we may contact you by email or phone.
6. Payment terms
All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that the billing information you provide is accurate.
7. Shipping and delivery
Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on the product, fulfillment partner, shipping destination, and carrier. Risk and Roll Art is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, incorrect shipping information, weather events, public holidays, or other factors outside our control.

8. Returns, refunds, and cancellations
Returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy. Because all products are made to order through Printify, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases, wrong-size selections, color preferences, or design preference changes. Please review our Refund Policy before placing an order.
9. Intellectual property
Every design, illustration, graphic, logo, image, product name, and piece of written content on this website is either created by the illustrators we partner with under exclusive partnership agreements. All of it is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our artwork is exclusive to this shop and is not sold, licensed, or distributed elsewhere — please do not use, reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise exploit our content without prior written permission.
10. Customer-submitted content and intellectual property warranty
If you submit any artwork, photographs, text, logos, slogans, AI-generated content, or any other material to be printed on a custom or personalized product ("Customer Content"), you represent and warrant that:
- You either own all rights in the Customer Content or have obtained valid, written authorization from the rights holder to use it for the requested purpose.
- The Customer Content does not violate, misappropriate, or infringe the copyright, trademark, right of publicity, privacy, or other intellectual property or proprietary rights of any third party.
- The Customer Content does not contain hateful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise prohibited content as defined in Printify's Terms of Service and Intellectual Property Policy.
- You will pay any royalties, fees, or other monies owed as a result of the use of the Customer Content.
- You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and to authorize Risk and Roll Art and Printify to reproduce the Customer Content on the products you order.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Risk and Roll Art, Printify, Inc., and each of their affiliates, partners, and print providers from any claim, demand, loss, damage, cost, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your Customer Content or your breach of this section.
We reserve the right, and Printify reserves the right, to cancel or refuse any order at our or its sole discretion if we have reason to believe the order or any Customer Content violates Printify's Intellectual Property Policy or any applicable law, including in the case of AI-generated content that infringes third-party rights. In such cases, you may be refunded in accordance with our Refund Policy.
11. Third-party tools and links
Our website may include access to third-party tools, apps, services, or links, including those provided by Shopify and Printify. These third-party services are provided for convenience and may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, practices, or policies of third-party services.
12. User comments and feedback
If you submit comments, feedback, suggestions, reviews, or other content (other than Customer Content covered by Section 10), you grant us the right to use, edit, publish, display, and distribute that content in connection with our business, subject to applicable law. You agree that your submissions will not violate the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or other personal or proprietary rights.
