Shipping policy

At Risk and Roll Art, every shirt starts as an original illustration by the artists we partner with, and is printed only after you place your order. That means the journey from checkout to delivery has two parts: production, when your piece is made, and shipping, when it makes its way to you. This page explains both, along with the practical details on delivery timelines, shipping costs, and customs.

Our products are produced and shipped by our production partner, Printify, Inc., and its global network of print providers. Working this way lets us offer a wide range of formats — apparel, prints, and accessories — while keeping every design exclusive and made-to-order. It also means timelines depend on the product, the print provider, and where you're located, so the windows below are honest estimates rather than guarantees.

1. Order processing and production

Once your order is placed, our production partners begin crafting it. Production typically takes 2–7 business days from the day your order is confirmed. The exact time depends on the product, the print provider assigned to your order, current order volume, and where the item is being made. More involved products — embroidery, cut-and-sew pieces, and all-over prints — naturally take a little longer because of the extra hands-on work.

If a garment or material is out of stock, or if an item does not pass the post-production quality check and needs to be reprinted, production may take longer than the standard window. We will notify you if there is a significant delay.

Once an order enters production, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

2. Estimated delivery times

Estimated delivery times are calculated from the date the order ships (after production is complete), not from the date of purchase.

  • United States (Standard): 2–5 business days after dispatch.
  • United States (Economy): 4–8 business days after dispatch.
  • Canada: 5–14 business days after dispatch.
  • Europe and the United Kingdom: 5–20 business days after dispatch.
  • Australia and New Zealand: 10–20 business days after dispatch.
  • Other international destinations: 10–30 business days after dispatch, where shipping is available.

These windows are estimates only. Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, public holidays, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.

3. Express delivery

For eligible products, Printify Express Delivery offers production and delivery to the United States in approximately 2–5 business days from order placement, for an additional fee. Express options are shown at checkout when available.

4. Shipping availability

Shipping availability depends on the product, print provider, and destination country. Some products may not be available for delivery to certain locations. If your location is not supported at checkout, it means our fulfillment partner is unable to ship that item to your area at this time.

5. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the product, destination, and available shipping method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the refund is due to an error on our part, such as an incorrect or defective item. We may offer flat-rate or free shipping promotions at our discretion.

6. Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after the shipping confirmation is sent.

7. Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Risk and Roll Art is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but changes may not be possible once production or fulfillment has started.

If a package is returned to sender because of an incorrect or incomplete address, you may choose between (a) a reprint and reshipment at your cost, or (b) a partial refund excluding original shipping and production charges.

8. Lost or delayed shipments

If your order hasn't been updated or shipped within 7 business days after the standard production window, or if a shipped order appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at dan@riskandrollart.com. We will work with you, the carrier, and our fulfillment partner (Printify) to review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a reprint or refund.

9. Damaged items during shipping

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged product, packaging, and shipping label. You do not need to return the damaged item. If approved, we will replace the item at no additional cost, subject to availability.

10. International shipping, duties, and taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price unless clearly stated at checkout. Risk and Roll Art is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

11. Bulk and custom orders

Bulk and custom orders may have separate production timelines, shipping arrangements, and delivery estimates. If you are placing a bulk or custom order, please use our Get a Quote form so we can confirm details before production begins.
